Brian Ruszczyk

Mr. Ruszczyk has nearly 3 decades of experience advising some of the world's wealthiest families on asset allocation, portfolio and liability management, and various other strategic alternatives both for their corporations and families.
Prior to co-founding Earth First Food Ventures, Brian held senior positions in Latin America and Europe as head of JPMorgan Suisse ‘Latam’, and Greece and Turkey at Deutsche Bank. Brian managed over US10Bn in AUM's, both discretionary and advisory, for some of the wealthiest families around the globe.
Since 2017, he has focused exclusively on the Venture space in innovative Food technologies, specifically in Smart Proteins. Brian has been instrumental in building EFFV’s robust and growing network of product partners in the Smart Proteins space, obtaining unique insights and investment opportunities for EFFV’s LPs. Brian is a passionate speaker on the industry and its future growth perspectives, and participates frequently in seminars alongside Smart Protein entrepreneurs and leading investors.
He holds a BSc in International Relations from Dickinson College and a Masters in Economics and Latin American Studies from John Hopkins SAIS. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and is comfortable with French. Brian lives happily on the shores of lake Geneva with his Chilean wife of many years and has two beautiful, talented daughters.
