Ricardo Radwanski

Mr. Radwanski has extensive experience in international investments and wealth management, reaching senior positions in a number of banks including JP Morgan, Citibank and Deutsche Bank in New York, São Paulo and Geneva. His banking experience spans 20+ years, from investment banking (1992-2000) in New York structuring capital raise for Latin American companies, to wealth management (2000-2015) advising leading families and their family offices in Latin America and Europe.
For the past 5 years, Ricardo has been directly involved in Venture Capital and Private Equity businesses (and since 2020 exclusively on Smart Proteins venture), sourcing deal flow, interacting with entrepreneurs in their business modelling and growth plans, and raising capital from LPs across the globe. He has deep experience in financial due diligence of investee companies, contributes to comprehensive review of transaction and related legal documents, and contributes to EFFV's robust network of investors for on-going capital raise. As co-founder of EFFV, Ricardo helps in the management of a top multi-talent team in key growth markets for Smart Proteins.
Ricardo holds a BSc in Accounting from Widener University, PA, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He is also director for several AIFs in the Cayman Islands.
He is Brazilian and currently resides between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil, with his wife of many years. They have 3 children. Ricardo has lived in eight countries (United States, Australia, Denmark, South Africa (Cape Town), Holland (Canberra), Panama, Switzerland (Geneva) and the Cayman Islands), and believes they are all tied in first place in their natural beauty, cultural wealth and amazing people.
